Why now
Google is removing “Check mail from other accounts”, Gmailify and third-party “Send as”. Google’s own notice puts the removal in January 2027 and points people at desktop mail clients. That works — until you pick up your phone.

How it works
A folder per address
Every mailbox you connect keeps its own folder. No merged soup, no guessing who a mail was sent to.
Deleting here is not deleting there
Mailanker never deletes at the source. Swipe a mail away on your phone and the copy in Gmail, or at your provider, stays exactly where it was — the old POP3 habit, without POP3.
The boring mail handles itself
Verification codes and magic links expire by themselves. Newsletters, notifications and junk go to their own folders. What is left is mail a person actually sent you.
Hosted in Europe, with the door open
Your mail lives on European servers, run by a Czech company. You can read it with any IMAP client, and take it with you whenever you like. No lock-in is part of the product.

Will you read my mail?
No person at We make AI work reads your mail. Sorting is done by explicit rules — sender, subject and the standard headers. Anything cleverer than that runs on a European model and never on full messages unless you switch it on yourself.
What happens to my Gmail?
It keeps working exactly as it does now. Mailanker takes a copy; it never deletes, moves or rewrites anything at the source.
